I am a Big BOSS Boardroom member, but I can’t login with the password given?

Click on the “forgot password” to reset to a new password!


I am logged in, but the course is still showing “not enrolled”.

We are aware of this issue happening especially on mobile. The temporary fix is to refresh the page a few times, it should work.

If you still couldn’t access after refreshing at least 3 times, please reach out to us on Slack channel #bbb-tech!

In the meantime, our tech team is working 24/7 to fix the issue.


I can access the course when I am using PC/Laptop, but when I use my phone/mobile to login, I can’t access the course.
